Sourav's no doubt a great cricketer. But his is certainly not a role model character. He cringed before one and all to get his place back in the team, going all the way up to Sharad Pawar. Now when the writing is clear on the wall that seniors will have to make way for juniors, he quit. And he has begun showing his true character by faulting BCCI. He is, I think, somewhat shameless.
