Even since the Congress formed a government at the Centre with outside support from the Left, it had to shelve many economic reforms proposals under pressure from the Left. Do you think Congress will implement its unfinished economic agenda, now that the Left has withdrawn its support to the UPA govt?

No. The power hungry congress will go in to poll mode and offer all kinds of soaps to gullible public.

The left withdrawing support is only a charade. They have arranged to have the government survive by secretly prompting the SP to support in its place. Once the government survives, the UPA will face the next elections by nominating a Muslim for PM (Salman Khurshid?) and the Leftists will also support in the name of opposing BJP communalism.
